Didn't get anything interactive when I followed your link alec. You can get lines for the Gibraltar tax-free division of Ladbrokes @ www.ladbrokes.gi. You have to phone in your bets, it's just the odds that are online.

Their rules state "Opening of accounts, bet processing or financial transactions will not take place for individual customers residing in Gibraltar or the United States of America, its territories or possessions."

Looks like US Citizens are out.
