Has anyone betwith this place ? They keep sending me brochures and stuff. They seem to offer alot of variety. But I need proof they pay first Thanks in advance.

They pay, and are a solid shop. We wouldn't put them on "the list" if we didn't think that to be the case.

I checked the current members list on the front page and I do not see a Horizon listed (although I did see Wizard of Odds still listed) or on the links listed to the left .
