Have had this discussion with a few books

When is the player allowed to withdraw his sign up bonus.

When does it belong to the customer.

Would love feedback from both customers and books.

One of the things I've learned is that most offices have no policy on this subject.

I asked one wanting to give me 10%. If I post 5 dimes and make 1 bet and win can I cash out 10,500. His answer, no. I haven't had the money there long enough. What's long enough ?.

I asked another place the same question and was told I have to make enough plays to qualify for the bonus. What's enough plays?

Never really got a quality answer.

That's why I'm asking you guys and girls.

You should at the least put the deposit in action. On 5 dimes of deposit you should make at least 5 dimes worth of plays.

devil, really good question. I agree with intheknow's position as fair. Problem is, most books don't post a policy. Lots of room for disagreements and hard feelings.

We offer 10% on all new money deposited over $1000. If you send your first thousand and lose we give you another 10% on the next thousand.

However, we look at it as more of a playing credit and not a bonus. The credit cannot be withdrawn for at least 30 days and you must play at least 5 times the amount of the deposit. Meet these two requirements and the playing credit is yours to keep.

I agree that sportsbooks including my own have not explained this to customers very well in the past. We had a problem a few months back and since then have worked hard to make sure it is explained to the customer when he opens the account and not when he is requesting his payout which often happens.

Some people think that the policy is too harsh and that the bonus should just be given to them without meeting any type of criteria. These are usually the same people who complain when the book closes down and disappears with their money. If you play with a book that just gives you the bonus for making a deposit then I suggest that you withdraw your money quickly because they won't be around much longer.

I got so interested (well "curious" so we speak ) about this 10% bonus or any other attractions that these offshores offer just to attract customers. I became so anxious and even started a survey a couple of years ago on who has the best offer. Upon further review, here is what I came up with.

I preferred 10% sign up bonuses than 10% credits. Example: If you put up $2000 on a 10% bonus you get $2200 immediately on your account without even taking any action yet. On the other hand, if you put up $2000 on a 10% credit, you have to earn it (or win a game) to get your $200 credit.

I totally agreed with thedevil, they have so many rules on these bonuses and it really varies on what shop you are dealing with. My advice is, before you sign up, make it clear or if possible "tape your conversation" before commitment.

Lots of people are taking advantage of these offers and even shops nowadays are putting up a limit on referrals and bonuses. If you guys notice, limits are only up to $300 or $500.

Finally, I am not really in favor of 30 to 60 days hold but if I would to ask, simple rule should be implemented. PLAY THE WHOLE AMOUNT DEPOSITED it doesn't matter if it's a day, a month or a year and YOU COULD WITHDRAW
EVERYTHING BACK.

These are my best three I'd ever surveyed, but my top one which is the best of course is far from others.

1.) PREMIERE LEAGUE - These guys are so easy to deal with, no "bs", strictly business. They are the only shop I know right now (correct me if I'm wrong) that offers "unlimited" 10% bonus and referrals. You refer someone for 20K, in 10 minutes you get your $2000 in your account, no question ask.
Play the whole amount in a day, you get your money and bonus back the next day if you wish.

2.) VICTOR CHANDLER - play the whole amount and you get your money and bonus back immediately. Maximum of $300 bonus.

3.) POST TIME - same rules. Maximum of $250 bonus and referrals.

Just thought we'd post our incentive bonuses as well - seeing that we've recently rvamped our entire US Sports department!

We offer a 15% Initial Deposit bonus (US Sports only)up to 10K deposit. The only requirement is that you MUST turn over 100% of the initial deposit. If you deposit $100 - $10 as a bonus immediately in your account. If you wager $100 today and win, you can withdraw $210 upon resulting. There is no time restriction and we do not make you wager the bonus. You can, if you wish wager the bonus immediately with your deposit - ie: with the example already given, you could in fact wager $110 immediately.

We also offer a 15% Referral Bonus. There are 2 requirements on this. The referred client must turn over 100% of the initial deposit within 30 Days. This is our only time restriction on our bonus program.
