horse betting outs?

Hey I won a bunch of money in hoops and am looking to throw it away on the ponies.

Can anyone tell me who takes bets on the nags AND offers a commission back on the losses?

I can't speak to the rebate on losses, but I like Carib's set up for horses. Just a nice interface. Also check WSEX and Sportbet. I don't play ponies, but know and like these three books. Give 'em a look. As always - Good Luck,

They don't offer rebate for losses though.

I play at Sterling. They have interactive odds and if my handle for the day is $300.00
or more, they pay me back 2.5% on all my losses for that day.
