Pinnacle service is the best

anybody out there who hates calling a book and having to listen to someone who hardly speaks any english and who is rude and does not know what they are talking about.
after having called a few books, finally called PINNACLE SPORTS, let me tell i felt right at home these people speak ENGLISH and the service is unbelievable. they have a great salesteam , i think the names are martha and billie, there is no question that they can't answer and they will go out of their way to help you out, this is what I was looking for in a sportsbook not only that but pinnacle has the sharpest lines ever and they are sticking with the 10 cent line and not only for excisting accounts but for everybody no discrimination there. The signup bonus was great
way to go Pinnacle,YOU ARE DEFINITELY THE BEST. Congratulations on having these ladies

The problem with Pinnacle is that they do not have lines on the internet.

If they ever correct this glaring deficiency I would sign up in a minute.

Pinnacle Sports is always happy to read favorable comments from satisfied clients, but when we saw the "rave" from "ragingbull", it seemed a little too good to be true, so we decided to do a little investigating.

We found out that this posting was sent from our own office, and in fact was written by one of the ladies praised in the message.

The Pinnacle management would now like to tell the readers of this forum the same thing we have told "ragingbull": this kind of deception is irresponsible, unethical and inexcusable. Pinnacle Sports is sorry that her post appeared in this forum, and we apologize to anyone who feels (rightly so) that their trust has, to some degree, been violated.

Somebody once said "there's no such thing as bad publicity"; we disagree completely. Pinnacle's policy is to build its business by offering value and service to our customers, and by earning their trust. The kind of stunt pulled by "ragingbull" can only undercut everything we are working hard to accomplish. Maybe she thought she was helping us, but she was wrong -- as somebody else said, "with friends like this, who needs enemies?"

Actually all of the stuff said about Pinnacle was true though. I've received Very Prompt payouts. Bascially calling one day and have the check the next. The Customer Service is Excellent and Friendly. Also like those reduce Juice charges on Overnight lines. I do wish they had lines on the Internet, but its also nice to have a book that while I'm traveling just pick up the Phone and get a rundown of all the lines, without being made to feel like I'm bothering someone.

I dont know why somebody would feel the need to make a false post, this books good merits stand on there own.
