I have to strongly agree with Johnny on this one.

The number of bettors that would use the free instantodds.com vs. Don Best would have to be about 1000-1.

And the thousands using instantodds.com would be 99% small square bettors.

Lets see, if I was a book would I want 10 sharpies (from Don Best) or 10,000 squares (from instantodds.com) ... that's a toughie ...

Will books like WWTS, Pelican, Olympic, Aces Gold, Looselines, Caribi, RIO, and ABC Island stick with "exclusive demand" of Don Best - and let the other 50 or so books on instantodds.com pick up all the squares ... gee, another toughie ...

FTR, InstantOdds will NEVER accept a % of ANYTHING from any book. It is CLEARLY against the law and IMO, unethical practice. Why should I take a % when the law states it's the same a being a book. I'd just be a book. We ONLY charge a flat fee for banner space, payable upfront.

Thanks for the clearifacation BigHands. I should've posted that I do realize this will be common practice amongst MANY of the future live odds feed. And I'm sure there will be many...seems like the race is on to "change life for the bettor".

The best thing that can happen to the bettor is for all the offshore boys to quit rating players and give everyone the same line.
The squares should get the same lines as the wise guys. CRIS/Caribi kill guys with that system.

Within 2 years Don Best will not be able to charge anyone for their lines anymore. The line service Business is changing once again. You must always look ahead to stay that way. Don Best has no choice but to have the best Books on their service. Don Best needs Skybook way more than Skybook needs Don Best.

Yes, if someone comes in, hiding behind a username, with a hidden agenda, they are bounced.

Let's see, we've had posters posing as sportsbook customers, we've had line service reps posing as just regular old site visitors with no agenda, we've had a sportsbook attempt to use this forum to attempt to rally the troops to their side of a disagreement (why I don't know since this forum is so non influential), we've had site owners from across the internet shamelessly attempt to promote themselves via this non influential forum, not to mention the occassional nut case with an ax to grind against the whole world. The list goes on and on.

What may appear as an ordinary poster to some, is actually quite different more times than not. 9 out of 10 times, it's VERY easy to pick off the shills.

Hell, we've even had GUYS using feminine usernames, Amber. Imagine that!

You have opinions, bring em on. Grow a set of balls and come out of the closet. Let's name each and every person in this thread and threads with a similar topic and see if we can't put together some hidden agendas, how's that? Let's see what "organizations" are represented. Or is everyone just a happy go lucky sportsbettor with nothing on the table?

But then there's the few others, scattered around, that have very strong opinions one way or the other here, yet they apparantly came out of nowhere. Hmmmm.

It's definetly time to start exposing some of these mystery people.........what a joke.

Bottom line, when it gets to the point of hidden agendas, we aren't interested. We'd rather have 10 REAL people offer their opinions on a subject, than 50 clowns thinking they're fooling people........
