This might end up being mute point but CARIB graded my San Francisco vs Arizona bet NO-ACTION due to the rain delay. The game has not been canceled yet. Since when does a rain delay mean no-action?

ESPN reported the game would "probably" not be played tonight. In the unlikely event it starts all bets will be action I am sure.
