Why is it that all these dead beat books feel as if they can destroy the reputable ones. I mean they are hiding behind smoke n mirrors.....it's just too bad that these cowards are able to do this. If you are going to take any action like a man.......pay out like one!

The ONLY thing we can do as a community is share TRUTHFUL information about sportsbooks both good and bad. This is a very timely post in that I just had cause to try and correct an untruth told about a sportsboook that DOES pay, which in my opinion, is just as bad as not disclosing information about a no pay or slow pay.

I'd like to help set up some guidelines about when you should go public about a sportsbook not paying you and that guideline should be either 1) when you feel you are getting the runaround after speaking to a supervisor, or 2) when two weeks elapses when a fedex is requested or three weeks for a bank wire.

We had a case where an individual was not paid for a few days and he went all over and said that they were a no pay. When he received his check ten days later (there was a slip in bookkeeping (which can happen, people are human), he never bothered to come back and post that everything had been resolved, that it WAS a mistake in bookkeeping.

Than someone else picked up his post, took it to another site, than another, than all of a sudden this guy is in other gaming sites versions of "The Clink."

This internet is like the old game of "telephone" I played as a kid. You tell one person, then another, then another, by the time the message get to the last person it is a totally different message.

That is why this is the ONLY site I post on (except for today to correct an untruth) and why the info put on this site provided is so inportant when it comes to payouts. What other recourse do we have except to spread the word among ourselves like wildfire as in the case of Action Sports.

And this "wildfire" spreading of information is just as important when a book DOES pay such as in the case I reported, which I don't mind stating for the record is Money Plays, a stand up organization that I know from personal experience pays and pays well as I hit them up big last year and never had a problem collecting.

I'll close with a phrase from Hill Street Blues, "let's be careful out there" but also a phrase that applies here, "let's not give someone a bum rap when they don't deserve it."

Someday and I believe that day is soon, ALL the books will band together and finance the prosecution of these Action Sports type scam artists and making a wager won't be a riskier proposition than it already is. Until then, all we have is each other and THE TRUTH!!!
