There are some complaints here about some sportsbook betting site and one Tej Kohli. However, in
the forum they have posted us, ie, Grafix Software Pvt. Ltd. in India as an Indian Company for this
site. This is totally and compaletely untrue. This company has nothing to do with either Grafix
Softech SA in Costa Rica or the Tej Kohli there. We are a reputable software development company
who does internet e-commerce software development with offices in India and UK. WE ARE NOT IN
THE BUSINESS OF ONLINE GAMING AND DONT INTEND TO BE.!. Unfortunately there is a mix up
of names here. One of our directors is also named Tej Kohli. That is all the connection. We feel that
not only our name has been plagarized, but we have been put up for libel and slander. The address
shown for our office in India is also incorrect. We would like for you to take immediate action for
correction or we shall be forced to take legal recourse.

Who ever mentioned the name "Grafix Softech SA?" The author seems to know the name of that local Costa Rican company off the top of his head.

Mr Bhasin, you do fast research!!!

I never mentioned the company above and I don't know where you got that name from so quickly. So, being the skeptic that I am I am going to assume you were already aware of the existence of a CR company with a similar name.

I also find it interesting that the information on youor own web site lists a Mr. Kohli as CEO and you as just a technical director yet you send the letter above.

Is Mr. Kohli not available to respond? Is he traveling overseas?
