As my wife always says... it's not so much the size, as what you do with it. I think the "biggest" issue is not as important as the "quality" issue. We should focus on the shops that offer good customer service and FAST payouts. Good luck to all.

You got that right Woodstock. Their are few shops out there who are not as big as the others but their customer service and payouts are awesome. From my own personal experience, a shop who intends to expand normally slack on customer service. Payouts remain the same. Don't have to mention names.

Yes Johnny, I was kidding. I like to interject a little humor in my posts occasionally. Some people are afraid it will ruin their credibility......when it fact humor is underrated.

By the way, since when is good customer service and paying out a perk? Shouldn't this be a pre-requisite? Why should we "rave" about books that do this when this IS their business?

You're right Junior44. But there is still a lingering element that doesn't practise good customer service and fast payouts. And all of us need to consistently re-emphasize these points to all that will listen so that it becomes ingrained into each and every new/old offshore bettor. So hopefully 10 yrs from now it will become so much a "way of doing business" that the lingering element will finally be driven out or change their ways.

Been following English Sports Betting since 1996. Understand that there is no luv lost between betterwolrd and ***. I have personally had no problems with them. I also understand that they have a land based Casino as well. I have a sneaky suspsion that they are tied in with the Las Vegas Sporting news and the Imperial Palace. Got a feeling they have a lot of customers also

I just want to clarify that any experience with horrible customer service or no pay/slow pay should be posted. I was referring to posts that I've seen such as: XYZ sportsbook Rave......and when you read it, it says: I've called XYZ 4 times since Tuesday and they are really, really friendly. And when I asked them for a payout, they were nice and sent me my money." In otherwords, point out the exceptions.

Agree with you completely that no book deserves applause for what should be minimally expected. When a book pays you they are only sending you what belongs to you --- your own money. Any book that doesn't make quick and efficient payouts their priority is either in financial trouble or a business fool.

When a book doesn't pay, gives the run-around, pulls shady advertising or methods of conducting business, or has poor customer service it should be clobbered.
