Does not seem to make sense there though, you rang them up and were upset you were on hold and could not get the odds you wanted, and they were abusing you? From human nature, sounds like the other way around is more likely.

I e-mailed you for I am not going to go crazy on this topic here. Just think about it...They chose to ignore the my post and only talk about there buyout. Obviously I am not the one at fault here and I would never use language like that. I know you have a nice website and are in Australia,But why do you seem to defend them so much? Hey, all bookmakers make mistakes once in a while.
But this one was very offensive and stand-out-ish.

Cons, I don't believe they're doing any bonuses. I might be wrong. I know they were doing a bonus during football season in conjunction with an ad running in the Gold Sheet. But that ended after the regular season. I spoke to them in Feb. and there was no bonus.

Krackman, Dot and others: You're right they may very well be "guilty as charged". But one thing that I think a lot of books have learned is that it is pointless to get involved in a back and forth with people on the internet. It ends up prolonging the discussion needlessly from their perspective. When I posted a rant about ABC a month or so ago, an ABC rep came on here and posted a standard response that had nothing to do with my rant. Canbet has chosen the same tactic. In a couple of days or so, this thread will head down into oblivion, like mine did, and the net effect/damage on Canbet will be minimal at best. It's a war of words, if you will, that they can't win and so they choose not to fight it. You got to admit it's very effective.

I have no email from you. I actually have talked to them about this situation. The manager, who I have talked to several times and has always been very helpful, said a few interesting things.

That you had signed up on a recommendation by me - which is possible, as I might well have mentioned Canbet as an interesting place to use, and it certainly has become more so lately - and that you were a friend of mine.

Also, that you had become upset and irate because you kept getting beaten to numbers.

Nothing at all like what you had said.

Well, I just saw a banner ad right here at Bettorsworld for Canbet. It states a 15% deposit bonus. But when I click on the link and go to their site (Canbet), there's no information about it. The special promotions link on the website returns a blank page.

Can anyone help?

If that is how they took it(Getting beat to the numbers) I guess that is a portion of my complaint . Ayce- That is telling him how to run his business? Asking him why when I called to place a bet I kept getting put on hold and giving him suggestions so that when March madness came myself and others could get through.? Yes I do feel that reflects directly on canbets customer service.(Maybe you should re-read my original post or is just anything I say that you like to jump on?Either way I don't have time for your foul tongue)
