I had noticed that some odds for the less favoured team for Euro2000 are quite high as compared to other books. And your book is operating at ~6-7% as compared to 11% from others.

Please comment.

What assurance do we have in betting with Pinnacle sports?

This will be on all sports we start to cover more including Cricket,Rugby,Tennis& Golf.

If you are in Curacao, wouldn't you have a license from the Dutch government not the British government?

We have a license from both.
We gained a license in England just recently for the possibility of opening up a satelite office to service European customers.
The big problem with the current licensing resrictions in England is the tax rate.Maybe in the near future the Home Office will re-thinks its policy.
I am sorry about the confusion.

The Home Office is blind when it comes to protecting domestic sportsbooks. Most companies have been driven offshore like Hill's or Chandler, and I can't see the point of opening up base in the UK with 7 or 9% tax. But there's always the Channel Islands (can't see why someone hasn't opened up on the beautiful island of Jersey), Gibraltar, or a few other locations for that matter.

Pinnacle, what sort of lines do you envision providing on tennis? 20-cents maybe?

As for England you are dead right we could not operate under those tax laws and still give value to clients.
As for Gibralter, the corporate tax rate is still better here.

Tennis a 20 cent line will be a standard with sometimes maybe even better.

The response to our "Stung by Bad Books" Initiative was greater than we expected.
I would like to say thank you to everyone for the positive feedback. So far we have helped over 50 people with this initiative, which is a reflection of two things, firstly a positive response to
leadership Pinnacle takes in the industry the other is unfortunately how many people who have had problems.
