    Chester

You've got this whole thing backwards. You're upset with the wrong person.

Sounds to me that anyone associated with UNIFIED should have more concerns regarding their OWN organizations "professionalism" than BOOMER'S supposed "lack of professionalism". Should BOOMER be offering accolades to Unified's main man for stiffing him? I think not.

Look closer to home Chester----much closer!! All BOOMER wants is money that belongs to him. There is nothing unprofessional about that!!!

      Evading the question...
Now every dime is in your name. You post here whenever you get the urge. I am not concerned about the tapes with the broken promises, I must add although that this has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with IslandCasino, and or Sportbet.com.
I will go on if you will, why don't you tell these nice reader's here about posting your beard's up with all of us here and really doing something that was unjust, then when you came down to visit having the nerve to brag about it. You got some set pal, and to think you call yourself a gentleman...

        Dot...

I was just listening to the tapes of my conversations with the head of Unified Gaming, his employees, and other sportsbook owners.

Let me tell you, I have had the patience of a saint. After being told on numerous occasions the money would be in my account the next day, the next morning, by the time I wake up. It is laughable.

I have one of the owners of a sportsbook who told me when I told him of my plight, "Why do you think we took our money out from Perplexa's control."

This guy is bad news. I have been getting phone call after phone call at my home from other Unified owners wanting me to come here and clear their name.

Chester you want to call someone, call the head of Unified Gaming and tell him to stop jerking me around and pay me my money. I promise you, I will never play in a Unified Book again, that's for damn sure.

Too many "transposed numbers," "bank wire mistakes", managers and bookkeepers who aren't around, and money that you have to beg for, that's the Unified way.

I'm not putting up with your BS anymore, head of Unified Gaming, PAY ME MY MONEY.

          Chester,

I don't have any beards and never did. What I used to have is employees who work for me. A group of people who were under my employ to make wagers and practice arbitrage at certain sportsbooks.

Real people with real identification that were bankrolled by me. I can and will produce every one of them if you so desire.

I even told the head of Unified Gaming of this fact and I have him on tape saying he was a "little pissed" but I had been a friend to Unified Gaming in the past, that he wouldn't hold it against me.

Why does the fact that I had too much to drink when I was in Costa Rica and told you something in confidence have ANYTHING to do getting slow paid and lied to for over one hundred dimes by the owner of Unified Gaming, especially when I had his blessing to be in the books he told me to and I have that proof on tape.

I know of several of united gaming books but can someone post the entire list? It would be nice to know who they all are.

              Dot,
Maybe you misunderstood what I am trying to say. I am upset with a situation not with Boomer, he just happens to be the firestarter with the match. I am not concerned whatsoever with Unified or the manner in which myself and or my associates conduct ourselves. I am sure that Boomer will eventually get his money depending on how he handles the situation. My only wish is that if and when he does happen to have a problem with one of Unified Gaming's many books he will post only about the particular one in question and not stir up a bunch of s_it for thr rest of us who have nothing at all to do with the situation at hand.
Best regards to all and please understand that I am not looking to have a pissing match with anyone about this.

                Chester,

You are angry at the situation as you should be. To the best of my knowledge, Island and Sportbet.com have gone to their own payout control center because they, too, were tired of the lies and manipulation by the head of Unified Gaming.

I'm not out to bash anyone, but when you have the head of a group of sportsbooks who takes everything I've worked for over the last year and a half, it makes you angry.

Your bosses know I tell the truth or why did they go to their own payouts. All the successful books got out from under this head of Unified's control.

The problem is I DON'T OWN A CASINO AND I DON'T WORK FOR UNIFIED GAMING. Yet I have been manipulated strictly because I was stupid enough to trust that he wouldn't screw me.

This head of Unified's manner of operation is once he get's you into him, he never lets go. Well, I don't work for Unified. I'm a gambler and I want my money. All of it. And so do my creditors.

Chester, you used to gamble, whatever happened to "where should I sent the money and how do you want it sent." Since when do you have to beg, cajole, coerce and kiss up to get what is yours.

Its a sad state of affairs when a player must front money for overboard businesses. Get slow payed or worse yet stiffed winnings and post up.

What compounds the problem is the man getting hosed is a mid/scalper and must honor the other sides.

Boomer, persistance with get you paid here.--Ron

                    Boomer,
I said that I did not want to have a pissing match...But it looks as if you are insisting. I do not care what the owner of Unified Gaming said, he doesn't run the lines here I do, and if wanted you to have a higher limit I would more than likely say so now wouldn't I ? But you took it upon yourself to put other people in here that you are bankrolling therefore you adjusted your limits am I correct? Would this have anything to do along the lines of being syndicated ? Hmmmmmm, now let me see, on most sites they have a notice about this type of action. Well I'll be! some of them have even been known to keep your gold.

I hope Boomer gets his money.

But Chester is right - throwing a cloud of doubt over all the Unified Gaming books is VERY unfair. How can I trust posting up with any of them now until I know for sure who Boomer is talking about?

Boomer is protecting the book(s) that stiffed him at the expense of paying books ...

Boomer - name the book, and stop hurting book(s) that have done nothing wrong, and you'll get 100% support.

No Chester I never ever did that.

I never ever used a employee to circumvent limits. What I used to do was have one of my employees open an account with you for them to take a bonus, something they were entitled to for opening a new account and your rules didn't discourage.

Ask some of your friends in your building, I gave your books as much action as anyone they had ever seen.

Ah, so now you agree that it's okay to screw me out of my money, because I used to have employees. It's that your personal policy or do you speak for the owners of Island and Sportbet. We would all like to know.

While you're at it, tell me what rules you have that you claim I have violated with regards to the hiring of employees to open accounts, make wagers, practice arbitrage and accept bonuses.

I didn't come across it in your rules and regulations.

Boomer is it the owner of UG that's not paying or is it an owner of a sportsbook that uses UG's software? I am a little confused.

There are three specific sportsbooks, all in the Unified Gaming group which have funds all controlled by one man. The name of these sportsbooks is immaterial as it is the head of Unified Gaming who put me in there.

These three happen to have the names of Rosie's Chalk Island, Aloha, and Snap. It is the word of the head of Unified Gaming that is at issue here and not any particular sportsbook.

Any book that puts either Perplexa or UChargedIt on your credit card or bank wires is suspect here because he controls it all and he is the one who has been lying to me.

In the interest of fair play, I know that GoTo is solid and honorable, Gamblers Palace is solvent and honorable, Island is solvent and honorable and Sportbet is solvent and honorable. Even though I trust the manager of Money Plays, Players Bet and iBet, if they don't control their own payouts I wouldn;t trust them. Period.

                            Look what happened to me.

                              Boomer,
For you to use your "Employee's" to open an account for the idea of accepting a bonus in MY eyes is a dishonest act.
No sir, I do not agree that it is O.K. for you to get screwed out of your money, solely because you used employee's.
If what you had done with these books in the past was so much on the up and up, when you came down here regardless of whether or not you had too much to drink or not, you would not have been bragging.
                              All the best,
                              Chester

                                Boomer,

I hope that you get your money back. What apparently has happened to you is truly disgraceful.

However, I have to ask about something. About a month or two back, a gambler had a very valid complaint about moneyplays. At that time, you went on to aggresively bash this individual for "telling lies". You even chased him to another forum to chastise him for discrediting a 'great and honorable book'.

At that time, you laid out YOUR guidelines for presenting problems about books as if they were gospel.

Now you suggest that moneyplays cannot be trusted because they 'farm out' their payouts. I would suggest that you listen to the 'masses' a little more closely instead of always pontificating about this or that.

Good luck in getting your money back.
