When you bet with shops located in jurisdictions that don't protect the players, you know you have no recourse.
Thats why you play with the best, and you know that as a pro. I assume the reason you played with these books because they were slow, and you could beat them. Thus you knew what you were getting into.

Just tell us they didn't pay you, and you fix your own situation that you put yourself into.
Or try calling the Department of Justice, and tell them your situation. I am sure they will be sympathetic.
Again, I understand as I have been stiffed too. But you knew the risk when you play with those type of books. Be a man, fight your own battles with them. I am glad you named them, but take the personal settling somewhere else.
