Books that give credit cards for instant payment, any help?

Just curious, if anyone out there knows of the books that offer credit cards.

I know Vegasbook does, but would appreciate any others, as well as opinions.

I checked ABC & Casablanca web sites, they both do not mention payouts via credit card. I do not have Millenium & Vegasbooks web address to check on them. I'am also looking for a book to collect from using a ATM card

As far as ABC, call their Customer service dept. Now that they have been bought by CRIS, their Software has changed. Might have to speak to them to see if they still have the debit card deal.
As far as ATM deposits and withdrawals at no cost, we can only dream and wait for an enterprising Offshore to start this up successfully.
