Need a little help from the webtv-ers out there......which online books work with webtv?

    thanks

Jeff, if you're talking The SportsBook side, ALL OF THEM are compatible with WEBTV, with the exceptons of those that require you to download such as SOS (c'mon SOS, use Browser based Book, I've always wanted to post up with you but I can't .
On the Casino side, NONE of them are compatible with WEBTV at this time, because even the Browser based ones use JAVA which WEBTV cannot handle. I believe Starnet is working on HTML Casino Software which will be compatible with WEBTV but I'll believe it when I see it.

Somone had contacted me for info on webtv and books....they said that they checked with Post Time, and Post Time had said they weren't compatible. Is that not the case? I'm really not that familiar with web tv.....

Jeff, unless something has changed recently, Olympic, Premiere League and Intertops could all handle Webtv. Post-time, could not although they were apparently working on it. Things may have changed as I don't use my webtv for this anymore. Of the above the, the easiest to get through the process was Olympic.

The way web tv explained it to me the key is the ability to read java script (pop up windows,etc.). I have tried a lot of them and besides the download casinos the only other two I found that didn't work was 123 Casino and World Bet. Some of them can be pretty slow but eventually you get there.

Jeff, here is a list of Online Books I have/Had accounts with using WEBTV. These, FOR SURE I can attest to
Sports Interaction, EasyBets, ABC Islands, Millennium, Grand Central, GoSport, SportBet, Carib, WSEX, The Starnets, BigBook (Not Mayan or Grand Prix however).
I've tested Post Time, and they "seem" compatible but I never openned an account there.
BTW, doesn't Brian have WEBTV? He once posted here using one.

                Jeff -

We are setting up a test account with the gentleman we spoke with last evening regarding WebTV. I have asked him to try the system and report back to the forum about his experience.

We do have customers using WebTV with our system with varied results. Due to upgrades both at Post Time and WebTV that result could differ at this time.

                  Jeff and BW members,

AcesGold has a WebTV specific version, since 1999. Our WebTV interface is good for Sportsbetting and Horseracing only, casino games need a PC.
