    Matt and Henry,

Nice to see fair props and low juice! It should generate plenty of interest. However, the headliner WWII Rivals? THAT WASNT A GAME!!--Ron

Conversely, this game might be more of a war. I'm reminded of the one-sentence, front-page editorial that appeared in a respected English newspaper one day in 1966:

"If, on the morrow, Germany comes here and beats us at our National Game, just remember that twice this century we've gone to Germany and beaten them at theirs."

Me, I just look forward to 90 minutes of good soccer.

Phil, thats what seperate Shawn from the others.

However, Shawn, I am actually looking for some very boring 90 minutes of football tomorrow.

Wish I have more on that Under 3 earlier though...

I'm sure there's other things to soccer than war and hooliganism, but those things seem to be in the spotlight.. even when nothing is really happening.

The Germany - England war thing sounds just about the same as the old "What happens if you lock up some Turks and Greeks in the same room" thing

I'd rather just watch the game, thank you. But like AYCE, I'm expecting a very boring game that probably will make me fall asleep early. Romania - Portgual will be so much better, I think. And no pre-game hype at all

Well.. apparently the idea of the headline was to attract attention so it worked out OK in that sector.
