I was looking at Canbet's baseball numbers and I saw numbers like:
    -118/+109
    -155/+142
    -125/+115
    -195/+178
    -104/-104
Are they the only book that slowly staggers their takebacks as the number gets higher? Or is this how a lot of Austrailian/European books work moneylines?

I think most books have a few break points at which they change their moneyline odds. Some will offer a dime line up to 180, then switch to 15 cents. The next break point might be 200, at which the spread becomes 20 cents. Still other books go from 10 cents to 15 cents when the odds get up around 150 or so.

But Canbet's approach of gradually increasing the odds at every step is unique to them, as far as I know.
