IslandXpress Lines for Sportbet, IslandCasino

It seems the lines haven't been updating here for the last couple of days. Any prognosis?

This has been a persistent problem since Island and Sportbet joined the IX. They are amongst the last to post opening #s and they quickly go stale as all the other shops update their #s. Chester's response to me was to go to the Island and Sportbet websites and click on "live lines". Great, but the reason we all go to the IX is so we don't have to surf out 30 different web sites for live lines. If Island and Sportbet can't keep their #s fresh on the IX, then they should step aside and let another shop use the space.

The main reason I posted with Island and Sportbet was that I thought I could follow them on the IslandXpress screen. I don't have the time to go to the individual websites and get the odds.

Thank you for your patience with our technical difficulties in regards to our IX feed. Trust me, we are as frustrated as you are that there has been such a delay with our lines. We have been working on the problem for a couple of days and we think we have it pinned down. Everything should be back to normal sometime today or tomorrow, at the latest. Please continue to bear with us and let me know if there is anything that I can do to help you out. Once again, I apologize for this inconvenience and assure you that we are working diligently on a resolution.

Jake, thanks for the response. Getting the lines on the feed (accurately and promptly)is important to me, and surely to many others. I can be patient so long as I know things are being worked.

Hat's off to Jake and the Island/Sportbet team!!

Not only were there numbers up and going today with the rest, but they kept their #'s fresh all day.

What's this I see? Looks like Island is posting their overnight #'s as well. Way to go guys! Also, the Island & Sportbet web sites seem to be operating smoothly again. Hopefully, we can all put last weekend's connectivity problems behind us and hope history doesn't repeat itself this weekend.
