and 15 cents/half point "on" or "off" 3.

WIT has changed their rules...it now costs 8 cents per half point in college foots. I didn't ask about NFL but that may have changed too.

M&M Sports (a Del Mar's postup division) gives a free 1/2 point on Thursday and Saturday College Football Games if you call on Thursdays only.
