This is good news. I especially hated to try and call for a payout only during certain hours. Often those would be the same hours that I was busiest trying to make plays.
Even if someone just recorded my request, and it was processed the next morning, it would be more convenient to be able to call whenever it is convenient for me.
Let's hope other sportsbooks follow suit.
