I have been disconnected at least 4 times today, showing a message that says "exception....new socket". Is anyone else having this problem with Island Express? I realize it is free, but I am beginning to believe a pay service that doesn't keep getting disconnected might be better, especially on a college Saturday.

Today I couldn't get on for about an hour during crunch time. Usually I get disconnected 6-8 times per day.
But what really frosts me is finding a good number and calling, only to find out that it is incorrect.

As of 10:40am, I have been disconnected three times, and currently can't log back in. I can't believe how this happens every day now, and at the most inappropriate times.Comment

It is really good to hear that the problems with IX are being addressed. It represents a huge potential benefit to the player.
Here's an example of the line accuracy problem: Today (Sunday, 9/17) at 3:17 p.m. San Francisco Giants baseball side:
Grand Central IX: SF-128 Website: SF-114
IslandCasino IX: SF-123 Website: SF-114
Sportbet IX: No lines for any game
The website lines are the accurate ones.
This isn't just a temporary update problem, since these numbers haven't moved for 10 minutes.

Thanks, I'll be glad to send notification of errors. It will make me feel better, too, knowing that the problems are being worked out.
As I've said before, this service has so much potential, I'd really like to see it prosper.
