should I be concerned about security???

One of my sportsbooks removed the logoff button recently. So you can complete your transaction,surf for hours,come back and you are still logged in. I sent these doofuses 2 emails and they didn't respond,so I called and they didn't seem concerned.It has been 8 days since I called with no responses.
Shouldn't I be concerned??

If you use a private computer, such as in your home, this isn't bad. In fact, it is a big benefit not to have to continually log in again and again.

On the other hand, if you're sharing a computer or using one in an area where someone else could come along behind you, then that's a different story. For this case I'd suggest you simply close the browser windows when you're finished, and don't check the box to have the browser remember the passwords.
