I took over Las Vegas Sports Consultants as of last Wednesday. Not an ownership posisition but as GM. Roxy is long gone, retired in Thailand and they have changed hands several times. I'm in it for the long haul & as far as we can go...Scotty

Now if you could just lure some of the worlds top handicappers away from the groups.......

Seriously, I hear many of the books aren't very happy with the numbers they get. Do you anticipate that this will change?

Scott, a BM for one of the Don Best books opined that your opening lines aren't worth 10-cents. He was interested in an alternative source for making his openers. I personally love your openers. Please, don't change anything.

Also, be careful or you you could end up like Roxy--retired in Phuket Thailand, living on the beach, playing golf everyday, and having 18-year old Thai lovelies caddy for you and then give you fantastic massages afterwards.

Reno...It's up to me to tighten things up. I do know what needs to be done though. I have no false illusions however. Ive worked with the two smartest oddsmakers ever in this town and have taken off some of the very best and dangerous players also. I know what can and can't be achieved. It is what it is...Scotty

Some BMs would bitch if Lefty and Bob Martin worked 24/7 on the #s. People need an excuse for why they lost on a particular day. Scotty, they got the right man in you. Good luck on your new position and new pad.

Reno, you have to be the horniest scalper in the valley. Vegas is loaded with sharp all purpose Asian chicks. The ante is a lot higher but the anonymity is the same. You bypass the 16 hour flight.

Ron...Talked to our friend BTO last night(he actually did all the talking). He's happier than I am about my job. He still cant get a work card because the GCB considers him OC! OC is in sad shape wouldnt you say?...Scotty

Scotty, Do most of the offshore books use your service? Will you be making halftime lines for baskets?

How about a Hockey Grand Slam number? Some books have it, some don't, a number put out by you guys would definitelly have more books post it...

                    Scotty,

Too bad. He's been studying harder than Culver. His biggest fear is the Black Book. No more comps! Not to worry I told him. The Black Book HOF takes only Italians and wiseguy Jewish.

Do many/any players subscribe to LVSC's services??

Scott, I was also wondering how many offshore books--particularly Don Best Premium books--subscribe to LVSC's services. I'm curious to know if most of these books adjust their lines on direct info from you, or if they simply adjust according to what they see on the Don Best Screen.

Scott, congratulations! You've got your work cut out for you.

Is LVSC related to or connected to DBC, Vegas Insider, and/or Computer Sports World? At one time I think they were all owned by DBC.
