in the past i've used a credit card (no payouts) last time i used a debit card (out of my checking account) now if i request a payout does it go to my credit card or to my bank account?
I think the order of refunds may vary from book to book (most recent or oldest). Some books I know will allow you to specify which previous deposit/date/card you want to refund.
