I don't know if this should be called a "complaint" but here goes...
As you people probably know, Olympic offers "Imaginary Matchups" for football games. For example you can bet on the total of the U. of Arizona - Washington U. game today, even though both teams are playing other opponents. As I was looking at these props today, I realized that someone had screwed up the deadline for placing the bets and had accidently written 11:55PM instead of 11:55AM, and thus a lot of bets were still available on games that had ended. For example, you could bet on South Carolina -1.5 against Penn State as of 7 PM, even though both games were over by that time. I called Olympic to alert them to this mistake that could cost them money, and it took me 3 calls (I got disconnected twice, and put on indefinite hold once) and I had to speak to 4 different people to alert them to their own mistake and save them money. They even transferred me to customer service once, even though it had nothing to do with my account. Ultimately, I had to walk them through every step of the process (click on football, now click on Imaginary Matchups, now click on....), and explain it three times before they got what I was saying.
Even though I was patient, I don't think others would try this hard to save Olympic money. It seems like the customer service representatives need a little more training?
