This is the reply from Intertops when I ask for withdrawal. Note the reason given and subsequent excuses. I only want MY money which I won. I will post other details if so required

Dear Mr Yun,

This e mail serves to inform you that your Intertops account has been closed
by the decision of Management. Aftet reviewing your account, it was brought
to our attention that your betting was attempting to manipulate our system
by placing wagers on both teams. It has therefore decided by management and
our technical team to have your account closed and have the funds paid to
you.

Please be advise that the funds will be paid out in two parts:

Usd $1500 will be reversed to your Mastercard 5400....3335 exp. 11/00. The
reversal process should take 4-6 working days before the funds become
available.

The remaining balance of $14,558 will be mailed to your address via DHL
private courier which should take3 -3 working days before delivery.

Sounds similar to your case, doesn't it?

I found it doing a search with words "intertops syndicate" on Oddswiz Rants&Raves forum.

If they are booting you for winning at least they should pay your winnings.
