Please suggest a reliable offshore concern for wagers on U.S. thoroughbred horse racing.

I am looking for one that will pay track odds on exotic wagers (exacta, trifecta, daily double, pick three) in addition to win, place, and show.

I suggest you try WIT Sports (www.witsportsbook.com). I don't think they have pick three, but they take suggestions if you are looking for a bet they don't have. They do take the rest.
