Lines up much later than normal, site down most of Sunday , phone lines busy at 12:50pm EST Sunday , many games circled, 4% credit card fee , no more prop bets for Sunday or Monday night---change is good right??

We should all understand that Premiere League is no longer the "old PL" that we all know. The merging to VC itself shows that Eddie has nothing to do with it anymore but to make it smooth during the transition he will still be opened to accept questions for some customers who were left behind to clarify few misunderstandings. But I will not be surprised if I won't see him (Eddie) as frequent as before in this forum. Good luck to all!!!

UDOG, you must be right from all indications. PL is no more, only their customers and accounts are now Superbook.

I only hope that once the transition process is complete Superbook will consider adopting some of the Premiere features that we all loved.

I had a great relationship with PL. I feel very comfortable with the VC superbook people. They have advertised on the score phones for about 3 weeks now and not one complaint. Yes I agree Thalia (sp?) rocks.

First I would like to thank all of you for the compliments you've offered in your postings. I must advise you all that the down time on Sunday past absolutely had nothing to do withe the merger of PL and Superbook. In fact Cable and Wireless informed us that there was a link (Teleglobe's) that was damaged over the weekend. Were were not the only sportsbook affected.

The lines have been going up a bit later I agree....... there is not going to be the same level of bravado, at least not just yet . I am certain that many of the same options that you've become accustomed to will be back. Hang in there.

Udog and Sportshobby...... you are wrong about my presence on this forum...... I will be just as active.......after all I will have a bit more time on my hands & I even remembered jeff offering me a job too. I might have to take him up on it .

I must say I concur with all of your remarks regarding Thalia. She was first class all the way.

Eddie - If I remembered it right, you told me that you are going to Colorado on Thanksgiving week for skiing and you were planning to visit Northern California after that. Well, actually this is the week I am expecting for you to arrive. Don't worry about me hiding , I wouldn't invite you if it was really against my will. Besides, I still haven't forgotten about the favor you did for me regarding that W. Union transactions. I owed you one and it's my turn to return the favor.

I will be going out of the country on Dec. 23 and will be back first week of January. It would be nice if you could make it before my trip and make it sure it fell on a weekend. You got my telephone number, address and you definitely know where to find me. See ya soon!!!!
