Over the years there have been various disagreements in this forum regarding who might cover on Sunday, posters real identities, sexual preferences of certain quarterbacks, etc. etc. etc.
But there has been a consensus (except for one nut) on this issue...Premiere was at/near the top of the offshore list.
Now, it seems, Premiere is doing everything possible to say to its customers "please take your business elsewhere."
Others have noted some of the changes...they include; no props, no overnights, late lines, muliple circled games, no lines at all (it's Wednesday...take a look at their NFL page) and they even took down their SportsBar Pick 10 and MNF contests under the guise of technical problems.
IF the book is losing money and these are business decisions, then I apologize for not seeing that big picture and I understand the changes.
If however, the book is healthy and making money, then I least I would think they would hold off in this rape of all the positive characteristics and good will toward the book until after the football season.
It is actually a bit sad to see these changes but, as further consolidation of the sportsbooks occur, we'd better realize that "These ARE the good ole days."
