Heritage Online - Down?

I've been trying to test the Heritage online site (http://www.betheritage.com )for a couple of days now, but can't get connected past the home page. Does anyone else use that software, and know the status?

Talked to one of their customer rep last Saturday regarding this matter. They are expected to be up and running today.
