I believe that is their policy on payouts of any kind. I'm not defending that policy, but it's not only NETeller transactions.

sportshobby, fine if thats their policy for standard payouts. ok. this request was made at 12:10 True, I did not know they had a noon cutoff, but even so... They surely have a bank wire setup with neteller. You really think they couldn't have honored this request?

Udog, why does it matter how much? I mean its noon on friday for christ's sake. btw, it was for 2.5k if that makes any difference..

Fatboy, actually I think this is a rather inconvenient policy for WWTS's west coast customers (who could be working somewhere during that entire time period). And for Australian or Eastern Europe customers, well, they'd better set their alarms and get up in the middle of the night to make their requests. They posted here in the forum recently that all customers could make requests any day, any time. But I suppose that those requests would be held until their normal payout processing times/days.

FatBoy - you totally misunderstood me. I meant how much not pertaining to your payout. I was referring to W. Union payout. The bigger amount requested the bigger fees you will have to pay. That's what I meant by how much.

WWTS is still a great book, but I have noticed that especially this year, their staff in accounting and some of the phone operators have not been as efficient as in the past and in some cases, have been quite rude.

As I understand it, you can make a request for a WWTS payout any time, any day; but it will only be processed M-F 8-12. So maybe it's not a matter of convenience, if you're willing to wait.

Wow, it just keeps getting better. After waiting 2 hours this morning and still seeing my Neteller transaction showing pending, I decided to call. After a couple of accounting clerks, I was told that I could only withdrawal via neteller up to the amount I deposited via netller. So no deposit no withdrawal. Or deposit 1x, win 2x, can only withdrawal 1x.

Absolutely a horrendous policy. They might as well not even use Neteller as it makes this tool virtually useless.

That's the second instance we've seen of that policy (also GOTO). I agree, it really stinks and makes the whole concept of using NETeller much, much less useful and much more of a hassle.

I really think this deserves its own new thread now. When I was told the news about their Neteller policy this morning I requested that all of my money be withdrawn (via FedEx). The girl was courteous enough and said I could call back tonight after 6:00pm est for a tracking number. Well when I get home from work there is a message time stamped 4:30pm. Please call wwts.

They want a photocopy of my credit card. What I say. Why? Because my original deposit was via credit card. This is ridiculous. The credit card deposit was last January. It was for 1/8 of my current balance. The card has been cancelled and destroyed (from the Olympic fiasco). As a side note, I tried to have $500 credited back to this card a couple of weeks ago as I thought any money had to back to that card. That whole procedure was a comedy of errors and it was never completed. When I called for the original Neteller withdrawal and asked about the credit card they said no money had to credited back to my credit carrd.

So back to the saga. I am pissed off and I ask to speak to a supervisor. She says: the other supervisor is gone. I say: so you are a supervisor? She says: yes. I say: this policy sucks. Why do I need to do this when my original deposit was so small. Its my money I want it. She says: there's a note in your file that you need to do this. Its our policy. I say: You have got to be kidding me. This card has been cancelled and destroyed. She says: There's a note in your file that says we need a copy front/back of your credit card. I say: Gee, I don't have it its been cancelled/destroyed.
She says: Your Driver's License will do. Call back tommorrow...

This is supposed to be one of the top books out there!!! Sounds incredibly incompetent and arrogant to me. This whole thing started Friday at noon. Still no money in my hands. The credit card issue id f*cking ridiculous.

i will not join wwts because of this information and if more people did the same, then wwts would change their policies!

i am having similar problems with a book named fivecardcharlie that was also given a good recommendation in this forum. i cant get my money back from them!!!!

i have started threads asking for information on which online book to join and have been told OLYMPIC is best but they dont take neteller. Perhaps i need to start another thread asking which online book to join using neteller!

I have no doubt that I will get paid today. I will provide them with a photocopy of my drivers license. However, its doesn't change the fact that their neteller and now their cash out policy's s*ck. The neteller policy is just plain ridiculous. They might as well not even offer it. The new part about copy's of my cc, is quite simply bullsh*t. If they wanted this information it should have been asked for up front, before making the initial deposit. It should also be mentioned on their website. It should have been mentioned to me yesterday morning when I requested full payment of my funds, not at the end of the day when I have no way of providing the info. Thus delaying payment another day. Lets see what they come up with today.

As far as which books you should join that use Neteller. The ones that do not limit you on payouts are; 5 Dimes, Top of the World, Dunes, SOS. Others that I'd look into are Carib and Wsex. But whoever you decide on, I'd check their Neteller policy out explicitly before sending them your money.

I would recommend 5 dimes. They have a lot of betting options. They grade results quickly. They have overnight lines. Most importantly they pay.
