Who will score more points in the Grizzlies-Lakers game?

Shaquille O'Neal -6 points

He took Shaq. Now it seems that Shaq will not play. He asked what will happen to his bet. I told him that if one of the players involved didn't play, all bets should be no action and therefore his money should be refunded. Any opinions on this?
