I requested a payout from all american sportsbook on Nov. 27 for $5,200. The amount was supposed to be sent by check. 2 weeks later I contacted them because I had not received the checks. At that time they told me it was a mistake by the bank and that they would send a bankwire to straighten things up. This was to take 3-5 days. The beggining of last week I still had not received my money. They finally agreed to send me half by western union, which I did receive. They said they could only send half, because the other half was already sent by bankwire. This was also supposed to take 3-5 days. Today I called and they said the bankwire would be in my account within 5 days. I have waited this long to say anything because I understand mistakes are made. What makes me mad is that the woman I spoke with on the phone today was extremely inconsiderate and acted like I was causing her an inconvenience. I asked her to send me a western union today and she told me if i requested a new withdrawl I would be sent to the back of the line. Everytime I ask for their manager Andrew he is either on the phone or just stepped out. It is unbelievable that I have waited this long to receive a payout and they act like I am being unreasonable. The manager is supposed to call me within the next day. I will repost after I hear from him.
