Problems with Goto?

I have been a customer of Goto's for 3 months, never had any problems, but never requested a payout or called. Just read about problems on the ************ and Major Wager and was concerned. I keep hearing about books and how many are expected to fold after the Superbowl. Should I pull out now?

I've been a customer of Goto's for years!
Have made many deposits and withdrawals and have never had a problem. I consider them a good out.
Oftentimes it's easier handicapping games than separating truth from fiction on some watchdog sites.

I left goto several months back after a series of blunders on their part. Their service has gone downhill, their lines come up later than ever (totals). They butchered a payout or two at the end, and although I was paid, I said, "that's it".

I was told they were undergoing "restructuring", which seems to be the code word for "we suck and we might fix it." goto used to be high on my list too....the problems might actually be from adding too many customers rather than money flow.

btw, I was a player there, off and on, for almost 3 years.

They messed up a pay-out of mine for 12 dimes last week because they mistakenly processed it for $12. But, Jerry, the GM, handled the problem great, apologizing to me for the mistake and Western Unioning me the 12 dimes.

However, what Chilly says about their lines going up later is true. That is definitely not a positive step.
