Any books with phone mins under $50US?

I'm getting requests (again) about book referrals for small (non-online) players, now that some locals have gotten popped and they want their sb action.

Thanks for all of your replies. I didn't realize Olympic's phone limits were that low or I would have recommended them, as I started playing with them last August. I'll pass along your suggestions and give them the choice of accents.
