I've had nothing but trouble tring to register. Not even a 800 # for customer service. Haven't answered my e-mails.

i'm wondering if some of the problems i'm having is because the software isn't completely compatible with netscape.

I don't know. They have revamped the site recently which could be some of the problems. They have a live customer support icon which allows you to talk live with them online between 9 and 5 GMT which I believe is around 4 a.m. to Noon ET. You may also want to try calling the number collect.
