Consulting for an offshore book

Are consultants for offshore books forced to live offshore?

I have very little personal understanding regarding this subject. Perhaps the law itself is unclear (?)

Any input will be greatly appreciated.

I'm no expert, but I think the general consensus is that only U.S. citizen owners of offshore sportsbooks are at risk legally.

I agree with sportshobby I don't think its a problem for a consultant to live in the US.

I assume it depends on what you do for the book. If you have nothing to do with the servers/taking bets you should be fine.
