the web site is playhorizon.com, the name is
horizon international sportsbook and casino, I believe this is the old action sports, same island and all. the GM's name has changed(surprise).

Any island government that would allow such a character to resurface, should be boycotted by all the players and books. If there are any other sportsbooks there, I'd say boycott them also.
