INTERNET GAMBLING BAN PASSED!!-WHAT'S NEXT?

Sorry for the scare.
I was just wondering what would be the ramifications be if the bill is passed.
How would the law be enforced? Who would be
held accountable? if the ISPs were responsible for their content it would have far-reaching affects on the the internet.
If this IS the choice of enforcement, what
about offshore ISPs? How would they curtail
them? Just pondering the future of gambling
on-line. Anyone care to gaze into their crystal ball?

You hit the nail on the head. It would be impossible to enforce, and brings up all kinds of issues, with ISP's and what not.

It would be too easy to just dial into a Canadien ISP or any other location for that matter.

Someone would offer 800# access I'm sure.

The law would be no different than seatbelt laws and radar detectors........
