Do sportsbooks typically allow you to parlay the runline with the total on the same game ?
I know you can't parlay the runline with a side play on the same game.

Sportsbook wont allow you to parlay the Runline to the money line of the same game for obvious reasons. I wish there was a book out there that would allow players to parlay the Moneyline to the spread to the 1st Half and if that wins/ties then have action on the second half parlayed to the game and the moneyline
Most books, however, will let you parlay the Runline to the game. That gives the player a small edge if you play the favorite -1.5 runs to the over or the underdog +1.5 runs to the Under. Especially nice on games with "hot" pitchers i.e.
AZ -1.5 -120 listing R Johnson and Over 7.5 EV. That parlay pays +266, and generally if you were to bet on Randy Johnson you would lay -250 or more.
