    Do many cappers here use this book?

    I'm concerned about thier credibility.
    I have been with them for about three years, and I appear to be having difficulties with them and my money.

    Here's the situation:

    All has been fine for the past three years. I have made numerous (more than I care to admit) deposits with my credit card with no difficulties.
    I have also made many withdrawls that were credited to my credit card.
    This year I have had a strange run of great luck with parlays and I have made a bunch of withdrawls.
    After my last withdrawl request I recieved an E-mail indicating that a portion would be credited to my card and the remainder would be mailed once I provided a zip code.
    When I signed up with them three years ago I did not complete the zip code portion of my registration.
    I E-mailed back indicating that I was undergoing an adress change and I would provide a new adress shortly.
    I requested that in the interim would they return the funds to my wagering account.
    They have indicated to me that they will not return the funds to my wagering account until I provide them with a zip code.
    It seems they have no problem removing money from my account but they are having difficulty returning it.
    I provided my new adress yesterday and today I recieved an E-mail indicating the information had been recieved and passed on to the accounting department.
    They told me I would "have an answer" in the next 48 to 72 hours.
    I'm not sure what sort of answer I am waiting for. Are they deliberating on possibly keeping the money?

    Am I being paranoid?
    Has anyone had problems with this book?

    Their customer service really sucks! Many, many complaints about this book in the past. Check the archives for more info.

        Email me your account number and I will get the funds back into your account before today's games start.

        But please do get your zip code to our cashier.

          Thanks for your reply Patrick.

          As I mentioned in my origional post I provided a zip code to the cashier on Thursday, and recieved a reply that a "decision" was being made.
          I e-mailed my account info to you this morning (Saturday).
          I'm hoping to use some of the funds for tonights games.

          I will update this post when I recieve thew funds.

              Patrick, I too left because of your customer service. Ya'll ought to hire a new human resources person. Your customer service is hurting your income.
