During our move, central ad software timed out when the ip number for our site changed. numerous emails to them went unanswered. they have no phone number so we figured we would simply buy another central ad package to get some attention from this UNPROFESSIONAL software company. THAT failed. they processed the order but sent no reg code despite a promise of one via an automated email within 24 hours.
we are in the process of purchasing software from a more reputable company (we hope) and the expired banner should disappear.
its the same old story-you get what you pay for.
