Today, I saw a wager i liked alot, so i called I-tops to find out who i needed to send the funds to. They supplied the info.
Upon returning from the local W.U., i called
to give them the control #. I-tops then informed me that they would not be able to fund my account until Mon. due to the fact that their local W.U. had closed.
The play went off later the same day. Of course, you know the result, a winner. My problem is that i was not informed of this policy,(it is not on the site),when i asked for a receiver's name.
Also, how do other books in St. John's receive funds on weekends if this is the case?
Seems like pretty shitty customer service to me. What are your thoughts?
