Does anybody know if these on line casinos have an independant firm check the validity of the software for correct percentages, payouts, winning % etc....Or is it left to the casino?
People say, "why rig the software when they have a guarantee hold anyways", but the answer is greed. You can take it to the bank that there are plenty of casinos out there that are not giving plyers a fair shake.
