    Of course we are getting stiffed! I was a post up player at Caribi and have no idea what happened or is happening with the funds I still had in my account. If you have a contact number, why not share it with those of us who are just hanging in the wind?

      I sincerely feel sorry for your situation, can't you refute your credit card charges or something? I want to find out the name of the store that I was forwaded to, then I promise to either ask my agent what happened to Monty, or ask the new office if Monty is there and how come I was transferred from Caribi. Sometimes the phone clerks will talk without thinking. I always try to do the right thing, but you gotta understand that my agent has always taken care of me and I don't want to be a whistle blower and screw up his shit. Hang in there,

        Why anyone whould choose at this point, after everything that has gone on CHOOSE to play with Monte is BEYOND me. To CHOOSE to play with a book in SERIOUS financial trouble is truly MIND BOGGLING! Agent or not!To CHOOSE them over Aces Gold, WWTS, CRIS, Olympic, Cascade, WSEX, and on and on is nuts!

        The fact that you have been paid so far is pure luck! Cut and Dried. The fact that you have been paid as a CREDIT player over the POSTUP players only goes to show the ethics and lack of moral responsibility with this whole situation.

            udog, DelMar belongs on your list with Aces Gold, WWTS, CRIS, etc. They are a top notch book. Hopefully Monty will work something out with his new employer so nobody gets stiffed.

              I confirmed today that the office i am calling is del mar.
              i don't think you understand, my agent was and still does guarantee my action. I also play through the same agent in a couple of other offices, i have always been paid (and of course I always pay when i lose). i really do not know if caribi moved their operation into del mar or if my agent simply opened up a sheet in the del mar office, when i speak to him on tuesday i will ask if monte is still part of the operation and mention to him that i heard post up players got stiffed and see what he has to say. the fact that i have been paid is simply because of my relationship with my agent and has nothing to do with Monte. I know Del Mar is a solid office, I have played there in the past through another contact and I know that they are solid, but the truth is as long as my agent sets me up with an office I do not fear anything because the bottom line is I will get paid$! I hope you are able to work your problems out. as far as playing with more reputable offices, i play with CRIS and have several other offices to shop and play in without having to post up. good luck and i wish you well
