Tried to make a withdrawal with them via western union and was told to call back for the control number but when I did they kept telling me to call back. This went on all day & after several calls they adv. they were experiencing problems with their western union connection. I'll try again tomorrow, I hope this turns out ok. They also said they were going credit my account with $25 for all the problems but several hours later my account still has yet to be credited with that money. Anyone with info. on DirecBet would be appreciated. Thanks.

I've had good experiences playing at DirecBet for several months now, and have played previously with shops managed by their current guys. More importantly, they're on "The List" of this site.
I'd give them the benefit of the doubt in this case. -
Update: Received control number and received full amount of withdrawal. Also, received $25 credit to my account for all problems associated with transaction. Very impressed. Sorry for jumping the gun but I've been burned before. Will definately continue to do business with.Comment
