i was having a problem on their website recently & had to place a wager on the phone. what a friggin nightmare!!!!! had to repeat my account # FOUR times because this woman on the other end could not speak or understand english. after this failed miserably i hung up & called again. the next woman was even worse! i had not wagered by phone in such a long time i had forgotten how bad this could be. anyone else run into this? :mad:

I had to laugh when I read this, because I had the same thing happen with Gibraltar.

I had to laugh, because when I got the supervisor on the phone, he told me that he handles Millenium also!
