As most of our customers already know, ABC islands Sportsbook & Casino was acquired by Costa Rica International Sportsbook & Casino back in December of 1999 and has been operating within CRIS' offices and under its management ever since. CRIS has been providing wagering, customer service, as well as total operating facilities for ABC for the past betting season and has now decided to completely integrate ABC Islands' customers before the start of this next football season. This consolidation will allow for the streamlining of customer service and wagering operations.
The consolidation will take place on Monday, June 25th, 2001. Your username, password, balance, and account history will continue to be managed by CRIS. All current ABC Islands customers will continue to call the same telephone numbers for both customer service and wagering and will still enjoy the same wagering and customer service policies as always.

The only change will come in the form of a new website: www.betcris.com. The existing ABC Islands URL: www.abcislands.com and the ABC Islands company name have been sold to a reputable company. All current ABC Islands customers will now login to the www.betcris.com site using their same username and password as before and will now find their account balance and history on this site!

We encourage any customers to call our customer service departament at 1-800-211-2657 if they have any questions or concerns regarding these changes. The same management and customer service team that have been managing your account will be available to answer any questions you might have, and will continue to service your account.

We look forward to your continued patronage and are confident that you will enjoy playing with CRIS, a world leader in the sportsbook industry.

Thanks for the info. For those of us who are currently customers of both ABC and CRIS, will there be any reason to keep separate accounts? More specifically, will the quoted lines be identical between the two sportsbooks after June 25?

I doubt it,its too bad ABC didnt buy Cris.Cris still wont put up Tiger vs the Field,they have 20 cent baseball and have rude managers,so much for the great teaser odds.

I don't usually post , but I've asked around and Cris might be in some financial trouble. Be back with confirmation. Digging deeper into it and asking associates. Hoping it's just a bad rumor....... :confused:

All past ABC customers will get the same exact policies that they were promised, including the teasers, and will be quoted the CRIS lines and odds. In order to take advantage of the teaser prices you must use your old ABC account.

Smartplayer is a jerkoff. Cris has always payed me whatever I request within 45 mins and never ever blinks. I don't play peanuts like that moron Smartplayer probably does I play cash. So unless Smartplayer can substantiate he should shut his bleepin mouth.

PS I have collected 15Dimes western union this week without a blink and within 45 mins,as their motto says we cant pay you fast enough they certainly live up to it.

If I remember correctly, Smartplayer was looking for a job offshore last year. And Smartplayer also predicted that Skybook wouldn't last the baseball season. Anything that Smartplayer says I would take with a grain of salt.

Nice to see Reno and Reality checking in on the same side. I feel really secure with CRIS and I have cashed out real big in the past. In my opinion CRIS and Olympic are tops.
