Do these books that take Paypal deposits also do payouts to our Paypal accts. And if so, do they do so with a minimum of bs, or do they require all the id requirements of us, as if they were putting credits back to a credit card. Keep in mind that when you pay by paypal, the source of these funds can come from one of 3 sources or any combination of the 3. They could be your credit card, cash that you've funded your paypal acct with or funds sent to you from other paypal users as payment for whatever. Paypal views these as 3 distinct categories, and the level of protection (or lack thereof) is very dependent on which category the money is from when you use it. Complicated right, consider this scenario:
I want to send XYZ Sports $1,000 by Paypal.
                My paypal acct has $600.
Of the $600, $100 was funded by myself and the other $500 was from other users who were paying me for lets say items they bought from my website.
So I send XYZ $1000. $600 of it came from my paypal "cash" balance and the other $400 from my credit card. 3 months later I ask XYZ to send me $1000. The $1000 goes back into my paypal cash acct.......none of it goes back to the credit card.

Is their a limit with pay pal like there is with netteller ($2500) ?? Can you transfer from Netteller to Paypal if you use both?

I think I see a merger in the future!
